Protelligent is black female owned innovative small management consulting company. Its objective – specializing on systems and process mapping, re-engineering, management and monitoring – is to effectively engage businesses to drive end-to-end transformational change by integrating people, process and technology solutions through standardised and compliant business practices to achieve business growth in an everchanging world. Ms A T Mathalauga who is 50% shareholder of PROTELLIGENT is also an associate within Madzix ICT (Pty) Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Madzix Group Companies (Pty) Ltd.

Under the leadership of Ms Hlami Ngwenya, FoSCC is a global consultancy that implements a number of campaigns aimed at unleashing untapped potentials. These include: PERFECT Opportunities and Bridging the Knowledge Gap; Youth and Women Emancipation; People Living with Disabilities and Living No One Behind and Theatre for Advocacy. Ms Ngwenya is a senior associate of the of Madzix Group Companies (Pty) Ltd.

Complementing Madzix Group Companies (Pty) Ltd, Divhambalo Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a black-owned consultancy firm established in 2005 to contribute towards global, continental and national objectives of ensuring environmental, economic and social development. Its major business areas are in Human Capital Training, Youth and Women Empowerment, Research and Development, Agriculture and Rural Development, Natural Resource Management, Governance and Leadership, Stakeholder Engagements, Strategic Planning and Development, Data Management and Analysis and Information Communication Technology (ICT) Supply Services.

Youth Changing Life Foundation (YCLF) is a non-profit company (NPC) established in 2016. Driving the agenda of socio-economic responsibility, YCLF strives to make a tangible difference within the South African communities, especially youth, by ensuring that:

  • Socially: Both male and female youth in impoverished communities go to bed fed proper meals, go to school properly dressed and get better education.
  • Economically: Assist young people, especially girl child, to access economic and employment opportunities.
The zeal and inspiring endeavour is to address the African community basic social, physical, emotional, health, educational, economic and developmental needs. YCLF strives to assist impoverished members of our societies with education, skills, food parcels, clothes, school uniforms, help child headed households and orphanage homes.

Phato Investment Cooperative (“Phato”) is a company founded in August 2012 in terms of the provisions of the Cooperative Act 14 of 2005. The business of Phato Investment Cooperative is to explore investment opportunities or start new ventures in any industrial sector aligned to the social and economic strategic interests of the Company. Current Phato’s activities include: Rental Property Acquisition, Property Management and Property Development with a balance sheet of more than R14 million. Dr Tshilidzi Madzivhandila is a member.
