Mr Nnditsheni Godfrey Manenzhe is a meticulous Agricultural Practitioner with many years of experience in Communication, Facilitation and Coordination of Project/Programmes. He has brilliant negotiation and networking skills that include liaising with local government and traditional authorities, farmers and the community at large. Specifically, he has a clear understanding of Rural Sociology, Rural Livelihoods and Institutional Facilitation. Mr Manenzhe is experienced in providing technical support and skills development to smallholders’ projects. He is also knowledgeable in techniques and procedures for assessing households and community needs, rapid and participatory rural appraisal. He has a deep understanding of rural community development principles and capability to facilitate and sustain a developed project or assist a community in distress by providing the necessary advice and support. Mr Manenzhe has worked with the Agricultural Research Council (ARC) Institute for Soil, Climate and Water.
