Ms Hlami Ngwenya is a seasoned “International Development Consultant” with a wealth of experience in: Facilitation of International Workshops Policy Dialogues, Workshops and Seminars; Experience with CAADP; Research and Development; Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact assessment; Agricultural Value Chain and Entrepreneurship; Climate Smart Agriculture, and Resilience Climate Change Adaptation; Organizational Development; Leadership Development; Strategic Planning and Change Management; Systemic Competences Development and 21st century Skills Planning; Skills Audit and Capacity Building; Agricultural Extension and Advisory Services; Gender Mainstreaming, Youth and Talent Development; Community Mobilisation; Local organisational development and Participatory Approaches; Communication for Development. Ms Ngwenya also has published work. She is also leading a campaign called PERFECT as an acronym for Policy, Education, Research, Farming/Finance, Extension and Advisory Services, Communication and Trade/ Technology she is the owner of Facilitation of Systemic Change Consulting (FoSOC); which is of MGC (Pty) Ltd partner organization.

Examples of past and current consultancy employment consists of: Tompi Seleka College of Agriculture; University of Free State (Center for Sustainable Agriculture); University of Pretoria; PICOTEAM; AgriSETA; Food, Agriculture, Natural Resources Policy Analysis Network (FANRPAN), GFRAS (Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services) working with 15 Rural Advisory Services (RAS) Regional Networks worldwide.
